This app is downloaded from this site, not from Google Play, so Android will ask you to allow the install once.
If Android says the package conflicts with an existing one, uninstall the older copy first - and if the install still fails afterwards, remove it for every profile on the phone under Settings, Apps, then the app, then Uninstall for all users. Your account lives on our servers, so you only need to sign in again.
Calls connect the two phones directly, so they do not always get through on mobile data.
