Genuine Sugar Mummies Kenya respects copyright,privacy,and the rights of people whose work appears on the platform. If you believe a photograph,article,profile text,or other material appears without permission,send us the details below so we can review it carefully and take appropriate action.

Submit a copyright notice
Email admin@genuinesugarmummies.co.kewith Copyright Noticein the subject line. A complete notice should include:
- The exact URL on our website where the disputed material appears.
- A clear description of the original work,including what part is being used.
- A link to the original publication or other information that helps establish ownership.
- A statement explaining that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your name and reliable contact details so we can follow up.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder,an agent,or the law,to the best of your knowledge.
We review notices in the order received and may ask for clarification or evidence. Where a claim appears valid,we may temporarily restrict public access,remove the material,request correction,or contact the account holder. We keep enough information to document the decision and prevent repeat infringement.
Personal photograph removal
If your face or personal photograph appears without your permission,you can ask us to remove or delist it even if you are not making a formal copyright claim.
Send the page URL and explain what should be removed. We may ask a short identity or ownership question to prevent someone else from deleting your content. We will not ask you to contact the person who uploaded it.

Review and action process
Admin Mary G reviews each notice using the information supplied. Depending on the facts,the team may:
- Make the disputed image,text,or page unavailable while it is reviewed.
- Ask the submitter or account holder for additional information.
- Remove,edit,replace,or delist material that violates the law or platform rules.
- Record the case and apply account restrictions where repeated infringement is established.
- Decline a notice that is incomplete,unsupported,abusive,or clearly unrelated to copyright.
We do not disclose more personal information than is reasonably needed to handle the notice.
Counter-notice or correction request
If your content was removed and you believe you had permission or another lawful basis to publish it,reply to the original notice or email us with Counter-Noticein the subject line.
Identify the material,explain your basis for using it,and attach permission or licence evidence where available. We will review the response and may restore or keep the restriction in place based on the information available. A counter-notice does not guarantee restoration.
Protecting site-owned material
Some articles,page layouts,graphics,brand assets,and guides are created for or lawfully used by Genuine Sugar Mummies Kenya. Do not copy substantial portions,repackage our pages,or present them as another service without permission.
If you find a copied page or an account impersonating the site,report it through the Report Scam page. A brand or impersonation report is different from a copyright notice,so include the type of problem in your message.
What a notice cannot do
- A copyright notice is not a demand for payment or a way to settle a personal disagreement.
- Being featured on a page does not by itself prove who owns a photograph or text.
- We cannot remove material from search engines,social networks,or websites we do not control.
- We cannot decide complex ownership disputes for the parties or provide legal advice.
- Knowingly false or abusive notices may be rejected and retained as part of the case record.
Send a complete,safe report
Do not send passwords,M-Pesa PINs,one-time codes,or unnecessary identity documents.Use the official email address exactly as shown:admin@genuinesugarmummies.co.ke. If sensitive evidence is necessary,ask the desk for a secure method before sending it.
Urgent privacy removal:For a personal image,doxxing,impersonation,or immediate safety issue,email the notice and include Urgent Privacy Removalin the subject. You may also contact the official Telegram desk,but do not send passwords,payment credentials,or unnecessary identity documents there.
