Eighteen and Over. No Exceptions.
Every member here must be at least 18. That applies to the website, the GS App, and any connection made through Admin Mary G. We do not make exceptions, and we do not accept explanations.

Who may join
You need to be 18 or older and legally able to enter agreements where you live. Registering an account or sending a payment confirms you meet that.
Giving a false age breaches our Terms and Conditions, and we treat it as grounds for permanent removal.
How we check
- Age is declared at registration and checked again during profile review.
- Identity confirmation forms part of verification. The Verification Guide covers what is asked for.
- Listings that raise any doubt are held back before publication, not after.
- Member reports reach a person. Nothing is dismissed automatically.
When we find one
The account is suspended straight away and its content pulled from public view. There is no warning, no appeal, and no reinstatement.
Payments are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with the Kenyan authorities.
Content we never allow
No content that sexualises minors. No content presenting an adult as a minor. No references to age intended to suggest someone is under 18.
This covers profile text, photographs and messages, and it applies whether or not the person depicted is real.
Reporting someone
If you think a member is under 18, tell us. You do not need proof, and nobody will ask you to justify the report.
- Email admin@genuinesugarmummies.co.ke with the profile link or the name shown.
- Mention what prompted the concern, if you are comfortable saying.
- We review manually and act the same day where we can.
The report page works too. Reports stay confidential and we never disclose who made them.
For parents and guardians: if a young person in your care has reached this site, email admin@genuinesugarmummies.co.ke and we will find and remove the account. Google Family Link and the content restrictions built into most phones will block adult sites at the device level.
