Every member on this site must be at least 18 years old. Therefore, this age policy applies to our entire website and all private introductions. We make zero exceptions for underage persons.

Consequently, browsing our profiles confirms that you meet this rule. Giving a false age breaks our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we permanently ban any profile that breaks this rule.
How We Check Member Age
Admin Mary G checks each member profile by hand. This careful process protects all members across the platform:
- First, members state their true date of birth when signing up.
- Next, Admin Mary G inspects ID cards during private checks.
- In addition, our team holds back any doubtful profile before publishing it.
- Finally, our team reads all user reports without using bots.
Immediate Actions on Violations
We close any account linked to an underage person right away. As a result, we remove all photos and bios from public view.
Also, we give no warnings, no second chances, and no refunds. When needed, we share full records with police officers in Kenya.
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
We strictly ban any content that shows or names minors. Similarly, we forbid adult members from acting as if they are under 18 years old.
This rule applies to all bios, photos, and chat notes. Consequently, any breach brings an instant ban without delay.
How to Report an Underage Concern
Please alert our team right away if you think a user is under 18. You do not need proof to send your report:
- First, email admin@genuinesugarmummies.co.ke with the profile link.
- Next, share why you feel the user may be underage.
- Then Admin Mary G checks the report by hand on the same day.
Also, you can message our team via our Contact Us page. We handle all reports in full privacy and never share your name.
Guidance for Parents and Guardians: Please email us promptly if a minor in your care reached this site. We will close the profile right away. Furthermore, we suggest using Google Family Link or phone parental controls to block adult websites.
