You have full power over your data. We respect your digital rights and your personal privacy. Therefore, you can erase your profile, photos, or email records at any time without fees.

How to Request Website Delisting
The public website serves as a curated directory run by Admin Mary G. Visitors join through email lists, while featured members give consent for public posts. If your profile appears on our site, you can ask for its removal below.
- Send an email to admin@genuinesugarmummies.co.ke with Data Deletion Request in your subject title.
- Tell us the exact profile name or email address you want to erase.
- Include your phone line so Admin Mary G can confirm that it is you.
- Tell us if you want a full wipe or only certain items removed.
Our staff reviews every email by hand to protect your privacy. In addition, we complete verified website removals within three working days.
In-App Account Self-Deletion
Inside the GS Social Connect App, you can delete your account directly at any time. Simply open your App Settings and tap Delete Account.
Once you tap this button, our system erases your chats, photos, calls, and login keys right away. Furthermore, you do not need to wait for manual staff approval.
What Our Team Removes
When our staff confirms your deletion request, we permanently erase these items:
- Public directory profile posts, photos, and real stories.
- Email list records and newsletter message choices.
- Chat logs stored on central support servers.
- Identity photos and temporary review files.
What We Keep and Why
A few records must stay on file due to legal rules. Admin Mary G keeps these files safe under Kenyan state laws:
- Payment records: tax laws require basic sales records.
- Safety records: these files stop banned bad actors from coming back.
- Scam dispute files: we keep records where fraud reports took place.
All saved records stay safe and locked, and we never use them to send ads.
Uninstalling Does Not Delete Data
Removing the GS app from your phone does not wipe server data. In addition, there is no app store account to close.
To erase your files, tap Delete Account inside the app or email our support desk. If you only want alerts to pause, you can mute notifications in your phone settings instead.
Your Other Legal Rights
Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019 gives you full privacy rights. Specifically, you have the right to view your data, fix errors, or object to processing.
Send these requests to our main email address. Then our team will respond within the same thirty-day window.
Deletion is free and we will never charge for it. We will not ask for your password or M-Pesa PIN. Anyone demanding payment to erase your data does not represent us. Therefore, report them immediately through the Report Scam Page.
