This app is downloaded from this site, not from Google Play, so Android will ask you to allow the install once.
If Android says the package conflicts with an existing one, uninstall the older copy first - and if the install still fails afterwards, remove it for every profile on the phone under Settings, Apps, then the app, then Uninstall for all users. Your account lives on our servers, so you only need to sign in again.
Calls connect the two phones directly, so they do not always get through on mobile data.

Take the first step slowly. Here is exactly what this desk does, what it will never ask you for, and where each of those commitments is written down.

Everyone here asked to be listedA listing goes live only after the person has given their details and approved publication. Identity, phone, county and what they are looking for are confirmed first. The standard is written down in our listing and screening policy.
No phone numbers in publicNothing on this site shows a contact number. You tell the desk which listing interests you, and details are passed between you only once both sides have agreed. That is what keeps a listing from being flooded by strangers.
One fee, and the desk is the only one who charges itWhat a connection costs is set out on the pricing page and paid through the published payment instructions. No listing will ever ask you for transport money, a deposit or airtime. If one does, it is not genuine — report it here.
If an introduction is not what we describedYou get one further connection at no extra cost, within 14 days. It is a repeat connection rather than a refund, and the limits are written out in the refund and cancellation policy — including what it does not cover.
Adults only, on both sidesThis service is for people aged 18 and over. Report anyone who appears to be under 18, or who asks you for an ID number, a PIN or a one-time code.

If in doubt, ask first. Meet in a public place the first time, tell someone you trust where you are going, and never share a PIN, a password or a one-time code. Nobody acting for this site will ever ask you for one. The desk answers on the support page before any money changes hands.
