1. Introduction

Genuine Sugar Mummies, also referred to as GS, Genuine Sugar Mummies Kenya, or the GS platform, provides dating-related information, member discovery tools, account features, profile guidance, support routing, and optional Admin Mary G assisted connection services.

These Terms are intended to protect users, clarify how our services work, explain payment and package rules, and set fair expectations for website visitors, members users, direct connection clients, and support users.

2. Adult Use Only

GS services are strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By using the website, app, AI, Telegram support, contact forms, direct connection services, or paid packages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If you are under 18, you must not use GS services, create an account, submit personal details, request a connection, or make payment.

3. Website and Member Accounts

A website visitor account or subscriber account is not the same as a member account. A member account is what carries your profile, your photos, your verification request, your support tickets and your account controls.

Users who want to appear as members should create an account, upload a profile picture, fill in their details honestly, and complete any required profile steps.

4. Optional App Use

The Genuine Sugar Mummies app is optional. You can still request an Admin Mary G assisted connection without downloading it or creating an app account.

Direct connection support may be handled through Telegram, phone, SMS, or official contact channels after payment is approved.

5. Admin Mary G Assisted Connection

Admin Mary G may help users understand packages, confirm payment steps, review transaction IDs, provide connection guidance, answer support questions, and facilitate direct connection requests.

Admin-assisted connection is a support service. It does not guarantee love, marriage, financial support, a personal meeting, a reply, or a permanent relationship. Final communication and private arrangements depend on the people involved.

6. Connection Fees

Pricing may change. The active pricing shown on the official pricing page or confirmed by Admin Mary G at the time of payment applies.

7. Payments

Users must pay only through official instructions. Airtel Money Kenya may be available through 0738871048. For M-Pesa, always ask Admin Mary G for the current official M-Pesa number before sending money.

For East Africa and international users, payment routes may include mobile money, bank transfer, or supported transfer services. Users must confirm receiver details before sending money.

GS is not responsible for money sent to fake pages, copied numbers, unofficial agents, impersonators, or third parties outside official GS support channels.

8. Transaction ID and Approval

After payment, the user must submit the transaction ID, package name, payment phone number, and app account email where needed. Payment alone does not automatically unlock all services until it is confirmed and approved.

Once approved, Admin Mary G begins arranging the introduction for the connection paid for.

9. What a Connection Fee Covers

A connection fee covers one introduction arranged by Admin Mary G: the match, the contact details for that profile, facilitation over Telegram, and guidance and support for that connection.

Browsing published profiles is free and requires no payment. There is no recurring membership, and no part of this site is unlocked by a subscription.

10. Manual Verification

Verification is manual and not automatic. Users may be asked to submit a selfie, ID, passport, phone number, profile details, or other proof for review.

GS may approve, reject, request additional details, remove verification, or suspend accounts that provide false information.

11. User Content

Users are responsible for photos, profile text, messages, verification submissions, payment details, and any content they provide. You must not submit stolen images, fake identities, abusive content, illegal material, or misleading information.

GS may edit, hide, reject, remove, or investigate content that appears suspicious, unsafe, or against these Terms.

12. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or using fake identity documents.
• Uploading stolen photos or misleading profile information.
• Harassing, threatening, blackmailing, abusing, or exploiting another user.
• Attempting fraud, chargeback abuse, payment manipulation, or fake transaction IDs.
• Sharing or selling private user contact details.
• Requesting illegal services or promoting harmful activity.
• Using GS to spam, scrape, copy, or duplicate profiles or content.
• Contacting fake pages while claiming they are official GS support.

13. Safety

Users must use judgment when communicating or meeting anyone. Meet in public places first, protect your private information, do not send money to strangers, and report suspicious behavior.

If you feel unsafe, stop communication and contact Admin Mary G. If you are in immediate danger, contact local authorities first.

14. No Guaranteed Relationship Outcome

GS may provide app tools, guidance, support, profile discovery, or Admin Mary G connection assistance. However, GS does not guarantee a reply, meeting, relationship, marriage, financial support, or personal outcome.

Private arrangements depend on mutual interest, honesty, availability, communication, location, personal decisions, and lawful conduct.

15. Refunds, Corrections, and Replacement Support

Payments are generally used to process support, verification review, or connection assistance. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Where appropriate, GS may offer correction, additional support, replacement guidance, or direct Admin Mary G assistance instead of refund.

16. Guidance, Not Advice

Content on this site is provided for guidance about GS services, pricing, safety, profile improvement, package explanations and support routing. It is not legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.

Users should contact Admin Mary G for payment confirmation, verification, account issues, and urgent support.

17. Privacy and Data

GS may collect information needed to provide services, such as name, email, phone number, location, gender, profile details, photos, verification documents, payment confirmation, messages, account activity, support tickets, and package status.

18. Suspension, Ban, or Feature Limits

GS may suspend, hide, restrict, ban, or remove accounts that break these Terms, submit false information, misuse payments, abuse others, threaten safety, or damage the platform.

GS may also limit access where fraud, suspicious behavior, chargeback abuse, or misuse is detected.

19. Intellectual Property

GS names, logos, pages, app screens, AI content, website design, written content, images, package structure, and branding belong to GS or their respective owners. Users may not copy, clone, resell, scrape, or impersonate GS services.

20. Third-Party Links and Services

The GS website may link to Telegram, payment providers, app stores, review platforms, or other third-party services. GS is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, fees, policies, or behavior.

21. Updates to These Terms

GS may update these Terms when services, pricing, AI features, payment methods, safety requirements, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest Terms.
