East Africa: USSD and wallet instructions
Menu names, exchange rates, limits, and transfer fees can change. Stop if your provider does not show Kenya or the receiving details do not match the confirmation from Admin Mary G.

Other countries and networks
Use your operator’s official international-transfer menu when it supports a Kenya mobile-wallet payout. Some countries require an approved remittance provider instead of a direct wallet transfer.
- Search for Kenya as the destination.
- Choose mobile wallet or M-PESA when it is explicitly offered.
- Enter the recipient details supplied by the official desk.
- Confirm the final KES equivalent and all fees before paying.
Using an app from Google Play or the App Store
Install payment apps only from the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Check the publisher, reviews, permissions, and website before signing in. Never install an APK sent through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or a random website.
Eversend
In supported countries, Eversend lists transfers to Kenya mobile-money wallets such as M-PESA. Select Kenya, choose the available mobile-wallet route, confirm the exact KES amount, and save the receipt.
WorldRemit
WorldRemit lists Kenya mobile-money payout options, including M-PESA, for supported sender countries. Availability, fees, and payout options are shown inside the app before confirmation.
Pesa
Pesa provides cross-border transfers and states that Kenya mobile-wallet routes are available in supported corridors. Confirm your sender country and final recipient route in the app.
iPay and other providers
Use iPay or another provider only when its official checkout shows a valid merchant or mobile-wallet route supplied by Admin Mary G. Do not assume an iPay account can send to every M-PESA number.
App safety check: Download from the Play Store or App Store, confirm the official publisher, check the recipient name and amount inside the app, and keep the provider receipt. Fees, supported corridors, exchange rates, limits, and availability are controlled by the provider, not by this website.

Payment questions
Will payment activate the service automatically?
No. The transaction is reviewed manually. Send the correct reference to the official desk and wait for confirmation.
What if my wallet shows a different currency?
Confirm the final local-currency amount and fee in your wallet before authorizing. The KES figures on this page are the service totals; your provider controls conversion.
What if the recipient name is different?
Cancel the transaction if possible and contact Admin Mary G. Do not proceed until the receiving details are confirmed through an official channel.
Can I send money from an app?
Yes, when the app officially supports your country, Kenya, and the selected mobile-wallet route. Use only the app’s official store listing and keep its receipt.
Important: For Kenya Airtel Money, confirm the current official receiving number with Admin Mary G before paying. For M-PESA, verify the recipient name on the confirmation screen. This page explains payment routing only; service eligibility, cancellations, and refunds remain subject to the published terms.
