Genuine Sugar Mummies Kenya is an adults-only service. Every person who creates an account,submits a profile,communicates through the platform,or requests an introduction must be 18 or older. We do not make exceptions for underage users or content involving minors.

Who may use the service
You may use this website only if you are at least 18 years old and can lawfully use an adult service where you live.
Do not rely on a profile’s age claim alone. Take reasonable care before communicating or meeting,and report anything that suggests a person may be under 18. See our Terms and Conditionsfor the wider platform rules.
Age information and checks
Members must provide truthful age information. Where a review requires it,the official team may ask for reasonable evidence through a private verification process.
- Age information must be accurate and kept current.
- A doubtful profile may be held back,restricted,or removed while it is reviewed.
- Do not post identity documents,school details,or a minor’s personal information publicly.
- Never send your password,M-Pesa PIN,or one-time code as age evidence.
What happens when a concern is raised
We may restrict a profile or remove content while we assess an age concern. The action taken depends on the information available,the seriousness of the concern,and the need to protect people.
- We may ask the account holder for clarification or private evidence.
- We may remove public profile material or close access to the account.
- We may preserve relevant records and escalate a serious matter where required or appropriate.
- We may refuse to disclose investigation details where doing so could put someone at risk.
Prohibited content and behaviour
Do not upload,request,send,describe,or promote sexual or exploitative content involving a minor. Do not pretend to be under 18,target a minor,encourage a minor to join,or help another person evade an age restriction.
These rules apply to profiles,photos,bios,comments,messages,links,and support requests. Serious or credible concerns may lead to immediate restriction without advance warning.
Report an underage concern
You do not need to prove the concern before reporting it. Send only the information needed to locate the account and explain why you are concerned.

- Include the profile or page URL,username,or other identifying link.
- Give a short factual description of what raised the concern.
- Do not download,forward,attach,or request suspected illegal images. Tell us where the material is instead.
Use the Contact Uspage if email is not available. We limit access to reports and handle information only as needed to assess the concern,protect people,and comply with lawful requirements.
For parents and guardians
If you believe a minor in your care reached this website,contact us with the relevant page or profile link. Do not send the minor’s identity document or private information unless an official authority or our support team explains a secure,necessary process.
Use the parental controls supplied by your device,browser,or network provider to restrict access to adult websites.
When there is immediate danger
Contact local emergency services or law enforcement firstif a child may be in immediate danger. The website report channel is not an emergency response service.
