Profile Rules

Your profile should help other users understand who you are and what you are looking for. Fake or incomplete profiles reduce trust and may be rejected during verification.

• Use a real email and keep your password private.
• Add a clear profile photo that belongs to you.
• Select the correct role: sugar mummy, sugar daddy, mistress, or sugar guy/toyboy.
• Write honest interests, location, age range, and what you want.
• Do not use stolen model photos, copied bios, fake names, or misleading claims.
• Do not post private phone numbers, ID numbers, passport details, or payment codes publicly.

Messaging Rules

Messages should be respectful, clear, and adult-appropriate. Members who abuse the messaging system may lose access to features or be removed.

• No harassment, threats, pressure, blackmail, hate speech, or repeated unwanted messages.
• No sending private images without consent.
• No requesting illegal, harmful, exploitative, or unsafe activity.
• No spamming users with payment links or fake offers.
• No pretending to be Admin Mary G, GS support, or a verified agent.

Verification Rules

Verification is manual and must be requested. A blue badge or verified status is only given after admin review.

• Submit a clear selfie if requested.
• Submit ID or passport details only through official review routes when instructed.
• Do not send verification documents to random social media pages.
• Verification can be rejected for fake photos, mismatched details, suspicious behavior, or unsafe conduct.
• Verified users can lose verified status if they break rules.

Payment and Package Rules

Packages unlock features after payment is confirmed and approved. Users must follow official payment instructions and avoid fake pages.

• Use Airtel Money Kenya 0738871048 only when instructed.
• For M-Pesa, ask Admin Mary G for the current official number before paying.
• Do not submit fake transaction IDs.
• Do not pay strangers, copied websites, or fake social media pages.
• Package access may be removed if payment proof is false or reversed.

Privacy and Personal Safety

• Do not share your password, payment PIN, private banking details, or account login.
• Do not share ID or passport details outside official verification review.
• Do not post another user’s phone number, photos, chats, or personal details without consent.
• Meet or communicate carefully and report suspicious behavior to support.
• Use the app and official support tools when you are unsure.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fake profiles, impersonation, stolen photos, or pretending to be admin.
• Scamming, fake payments, fake transaction IDs, or payment manipulation.
• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or exploitative messages.
• Posting illegal content, underage content, or unsafe requests.
• Trying to bypass package limits, admin controls, or verification checks.
• Using GS pages or app features to promote unrelated services without permission.

Reports, Suspensions, and Bans

GS may review reports and take action when users break these guidelines. Action depends on the seriousness of the issue and available evidence.

• Warning or request to correct profile information.
• Temporary restriction of messaging, visibility, or package features.
• Verification rejection or removal of verified status.
• Account suspension, hidden profile, or permanent ban.
• Escalation to mobile money or legal reporting routes for scam attempts.
